The Mindful Stork

I help people who feel stuck, drained, or weighed down by life’s messiness find their way back to joy, clarity, and balance.
Through gentle shifts, humor, and practical tools, I’ll guide you in remembering your worth, reclaiming your energy, and walking your own path — messy wings and all.

My role isn’t to hand you a map. It’s to remind you that you already know the way — and to walk beside you while you rediscover it.

About Me

Like many people, I’ve had seasons where life felt heavier than I could carry.  I’ve wrestled with stress, health challenges, heartbreak, and the noise of “shoulds” and "have-to's" that told me I wasn’t enough. For a long time, I thought if I just pushed harder, I’d finally feel better. Instead, I ended up burned out, doubting myself, and wondering where the real me had gone.

Somewhere in the chaos, I started rediscovering the little things — the breath I almost forgot to take, the laugh that escaped at the worst possible time, the sunlight sneaking in like it owned the place. Those tiny moments reminded me I was still here, still worthy, and still capable of joy.

That’s how I found my way back to myself — not through perfection, but through presence. Not by erasing the hard chapters, but by letting them teach me.

Now, as a coach and as the Mindful Stork, I help others do the same: to untangle from the noise, find their footing, and create a life that feels lighter, truer, and more their own.

It's About Growing Through the Muck

This is your journey, and at times it’s going to feel as though things are spiraling out of control. You may want to abandon your course and listen to outside forces.

Don’t.

Remember — you are a seed of pure potential. To break free from the shell of yourself that has been built around you, you must first come undone, unfurled, shed your armor. This is when growth transpires.

To others, your progression may seem like you are falling apart. You aren’t. Stay true to your path. Stay true to your nature.

Be the beautiful Lotus that you are — and bloom.
The lotus flower does not absorb what lands on its petals. A lesson can be learned from this: take comments and life’s nuances like the lotus — let the negative and the stress bead up and roll off you. Prevent toxins from coming in, and remain beautiful from the inside out.

This is the real you. You may have been buried under life’s muck, but now is your time to bloom.

The Mindful Stork

The Mindful Stork is the part of me that knows life doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. She’s wise enough to pause, playful enough to laugh at the mess, and brave enough to believe in new beginnings — even when the path looks uncertain.

She’s here to remind you that balance isn’t about flawless routines or endless self-discipline. It’s about finding your footing in the middle of life’s chaos, giving yourself permission to breathe, and remembering that joy isn’t something you earn — it’s something you return to.

The Mindful Stork is the coach, the guide, the safe landing place. She carries compassion in one wing and humor in the other, offering both grounding and lightness. When you connect with her, you’re not just getting advice — you’re stepping into a space where you’re seen, supported, and reminded that your wings were never broken.

The Mad-Stork

Before I was the Mindful Stork, I was the Mad Stork — a little girl with wild ideas, big feelings, and a knack for saying out loud the things most people only thought. She was bold, curious, and sometimes a little stubborn (okay, a lot stubborn).

That little girl is still here. She’s the one who reminds me to laugh when life gets heavy, to question when the world says “that’s just the way it is,” and to keep chasing joy even when the path feels uneasy.

The Mad Stork is my reminder that we don’t outgrow playfulness, sass, or imagination — we carry it with us. She’s the part of me that refuses to let life’s storms clip my wings, the spark behind my humor, and the reason I’ll never settle for a life that feels too small.

When you work with me, you get both sides:

  • The Sage — grounded, wise, and here to guide.

  • The Stork — playful, quirky, and ready to remind you life isn’t meant to be lived in straight lines.

Together, they make me… well, me.
